Recording

Call Recording is possible on all of our systems, giving you a complete and comprehensive record of all communications with the customer. If call notes are not coherent enough, the information is not lost. You can capture details that may have been missed or forgotten on the call. Call Recording is also invaluable in training and any dispute issues.

Call Recording can be configured in several ways;

On Demand
Manually click to start recording and the click to end
Line Specific
Choose to always record calls on specific lines, ie support lines
All Lines
All calls, incoming or outgoing, are automatically recorded

All recorded calls are stored on one of our secure Lynx servers for 3 months as standard, this server is regularly backed-up. If you wish to keep your call recordings for longer this can be arranged.
