Project Coordinator
As Project Coordinator, it is my responsibility to ensure the successful delivery of CRM solutions that meet the specific requirements of our customers. This comprises of assembling a comprehensive project plan, deliverables and timelines whilst communicating with Stakeholders to manage their expectations.
Amongst this, a part of my role consists of ensuring that the CRM system meets the required quality standards by conducting regular testing and completing user guides to maximise end-user success.

I love to be as active as possible whether it be going to the gym or playing football on the weekends for my team with my mates, I’m a very sociable person and love talking to people. I would also say I definitely have the travel bug and look to explore as many places as I can.
