Sugar Advice and Guidance

One of our Consultancy Days will give you unrivalled access to one of our experts who will visit your site and analyse your current working practices. Then, working with you as you discuss your future needs together, provide you with a detailed action plan as your business moves forwards.

During one of these sessions, we will guide you through the various areas of the system and discuss exactly what it is that you require in order to meet your short and long-term needs as you learn best practices.

We have the capacity to build pragmatic, high value approaches that are specific to your business’ needs to ensure a successful implementation and utilisation of your new CRM investment.

Agile Development

Irrespective of whether you run a small business or are managing the adoption of SugarCRM for a large organisation your Project Manager will develop a keen understanding of your company and the current market environment.

What’s more, they will keep you updated every step of the way as our team behind the scenes work to your budget, needs and timeframe.

Once you’re up and running, we monitor developments across the Sugar community and recommend new modules or plug-ins that we feel would be beneficial for you to use. It’s all part of the service!

The framework, in its base form

1. Consultancy

On site visits from our consultants to determine the exact project requirements; such as ascertaining existing systems and processes to be replaced/integrated, preferred rollout method and timescales for those phases.

2. Project specification and Development Proposal

Following the consultancy, the findings and full development project requirements will be written up and presented to the customer along with, where applicable, costing proposals for any required development work and/or costs not identifiable prior to the consultancy.

3. Specification Acceptance

Customer acceptance of proposed works, including acceptance of phasing stages of rollout, timescales etc. as defined in the Project specification.

4. Prioritisation of work

Upon acceptance of specification, the Sugar development team prioritise (based on the rollout phasing, if applicable) the workload required to reach the milestones defined in the Project specification.

5. Schedule of work

The prioritised development is scheduled into the development workload, to ensure that timescales and deadlines are met, tied in with any existing development work already scheduled for other customers.

6. Development, Migration and Customisation

The Development work is carried out and internally tested. At various points during the development the work will be presented in the development environment to the customer for clarification, confirmation and customer testing.

7. Customer Approval of Development Stage

Upon successful testing by the customer that stage of development will be signed off as accepted.
If the customer testing raises issues which mean that acceptance cannot be granted, the development is returned to the previous stage with our developers who will address the issues raised and, once completed, will pass it back to the customer for subsequent testing and approval.
This acceptance/rejection process continues to the point of acceptance.

8. Customer Approval of Development Phase

Once all the development stages in the current rollout phase are accepted and approved by the customer, Phase approval is required from the customer to sign off the development of that section of work and to allow development on the next phase to begin.

9. Phase Training Schedule and Provision (if required)

At this point any training related to the newly accepted Phase will be scheduled in and provided.

10. Project Approval

Once all development phases have been accepted and approved by the customer, and training sessions (where applicable) have been held, the project is signed off as completed.
