"Having joined the company at just 18 with no real experience within the industry, I imagined feeling an element of imposter syndrome however that was not at all the case. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and willing to help each other out of the best interest of seeing each other and the company succeed. One of my favourite thing about working at enable is the organisation's ability to notice where an individual is best suited and/or has an underlying skill; having joined the company as an Apprentice Support Engineer, enable saw I had the potential within my skillset to join the Project's team and quickly up-skilled me into that role where I have since progressed and developed into a Project Manager - a perfect example of the companies ability to recognise an individuals talents and boost them in their career. I have always felt incredibly supported by enable, both in my professional and personal development".

Coming to enable from a different industry, I immediately felt welcome and part of a positive environment. Joining as a customer success manager, enable has supported and helped develop my skillset to be in the role I am today. I was encouraged to bring my previous experience into the role and leverage that to increase the level and quality of support we bring to our customers. There are no siloed teams at enable, as everyone is working together to achieve the best outcome for our customers. There is always a fun work social to attend, like quiz nights, bowling, and annual Summer and Christmas events, the office has a pool table and darts board so lunch times are great to socialise and recharge. enable continues to be an excellent workplace where I feel supported in my professional growth.

"enable has been an integral part of my life. Starting at just 16 years old during work experience, to now being 23 with six years of full-time experience across six different departments, my journey has been nothing short of transformative. The opportunities and support I’ve received from enable’s management have been incredible, both professionally and personally. One unforgettable moment was when the team noticed my dad driving me to work and stepped in to help me pass my driving test. That level of care and investment in their people is something I’ll always cherish. Working at enable never feels like a chore or something to dread. It’s a place where collaboration and encouragement thrive. The workplace culture is built around incredible people who support one another to grow, improve, and contribute to the company’s success. enable’s ethos is all about seeing its employees reach their full potential and providing the opportunities to help them achieve it".

"I've never worked for a more supportive company, from colleagues and management alike, and I've been here a long time. Everyone looks out for each other and takes a genuine interest in the well-being of their workmates, as well as wanting to ensure that the company has the best professional reputation with its customers. New staff members are encouraged to attend company social activities to remove those feelings of insecurity and trepidation around being the newbie. They will often settle in so quickly that it's easy to forget they haven't been with the company more than a few weeks."

"I started working at enable when I was just 19, and now, 14 years later, I feel like part of the furniture. It’s a place that truly values its employees, offering countless opportunities to grow and develop new skills. The supportive and friendly atmosphere stands out, with colleagues always willing to lend a hand and collaborate. This combination of professional growth and genuine camaraderie makes it a company where you feel valued and inspired".

I joined enable at possibly the lowest point in my professional career. I had been made redundant and took the first job I was offered to keep the lights on, before David and Jon offered me a job here. Starting at the beginning of the first COVID lockdown was challenging but even through the screens everyone was welcoming and the knowledge share and willingness to help out a newbie set the stall for enable to be a place I could see myself at long term. Starting in Sales and moving into a Projects role with a promotion to Head of Projects gave me confidence in the progression opportunities and available training within the company, and help me to feel great about my career again, and enabled (lol) me to shine. enable understands that their staff members are the key to their success and celebrate them, their abilities and achievements as much as possible, which is great for overall morale

"Just over a year ago, I joined enable as a nervous apprentice. Walking into a new environment was overwhelming, and I struggled to believe in myself. But within weeks, I realised enable wasn’t just a workplace—it was like a big, supportive family. With the guidance of my amazing colleagues, I quickly gained confidence. No question was too small, and every challenge became a chance to learn. Looking back, I’m proud of how far I’ve come. Thanks to enable, I’ve grown not just in skills but also in self-belief, and I’m excited to continue learning and achieving with such an incredible team by my side".
