Adopting a CRM was the first piece of the puzzle for Utility Trade Group. The company had looked at many options having previously used spreadsheets. 

It settled on the Community version of SugarCRM’s suite, but quickly became clear that it wasn’t enough to satisfy their ambitions.

Managing Director Ed decided to work with a partner to introduce the features that they needed, but the previous partner struggled to maximise the system’s potential for Utility Trade Group. So he turned to enable to provide the business with the solution it needed.

The Solution

Working on its Sugar system with our projects team, enable identified that Utility Trade Group’s struggle to evolve its processes and portfolio were largely attributed to the version of Sugar it was working on. That version was divested, and no longer updated by SugarCRM.

After scoping the requirements for the business and discovering what ways the system could work for Utility Trade Group, enable developed a platform based on the Sugar Sell product that produced immediate results.
