Yes you can! You can use both your smartphone via an app or a physical handset.

When switching to a VoIP phone system, you can keep your current landline number  – but at a much lower cost! Like with traditional phones, you only need to port your number to the new service provider. To initiate it, simply submit the numbers you wish to keep to your new service provider and follow any further instructions.
No. You don’t need to buy a special router for the VoIP phone system to work. If you already have an existing internet setup for your network you can use the same router for VoIP. Once the setup is done and the VoIP application is downloaded onto your device, you can make and receive calls from that device. We can provide a new internet line and router if you would like to separate VoIP traffic from data.
They last as long as normal phones and hardware, subject to daily wear and tear. Softphones receive regular updates to keep up with operating system changes.
VoIP is obviously subject to online security threats due to the nature of the internet technology behind the system. At enable, we implement multiple methods to prevent such issues happening. With good cybersecurity practices among your office and on-location staff, VoIP can be as secure as the rest of your business.
If you’re still unsure, we can implement extra practices such as authentication, enabling network address translation, and the use of VPN or add a new internet line.

No. It’s impossible to VoIP call without internet access. Find a new Wi-Fi or 4G/5G connection and you will be back up and running. If you have no internet connection, our system will route calls to another number until connection is restored. Again, we can offer backup internet solutions using 4G/5G fall over plans or even satellite connections for the really remote.

As more businesses and operations become digitised, VoIP becomes even more superior to landlines due to its flexibility and scaleability as your business grows.

We use the UK’s biggest telecom provider BT as our backbone so we can give you the best possible service and price.

We have 2 options: A 30-day rolling contract or a 1+year.
  • With a 30-day rolling contract, you can increase and decrease users at the start of each month (minimum of 5 users).
  • With a multi-year contact, you can increase users during the contract but can only decrease users at the start of each year.
