Sanrai was founded back in 2008 in Chandigarh, India. The company offers medical equipment, the know-how to install it, and post-visit care. THey now have a network of offices and partners in the USA, the UK, Africa, Latin America, and more.
The Problem
Sanrai International needed to educate, inform, and share information regularly with both stakeholders and customers. They also wanted to raise awareness of different areas within their business.
They struggled to reach all of the people in their database effectively and efficiently – for example, if customers did not buy regularly, they would not be reached out to as often as repeat purchasers. They looked at Mailchimp as an option, however, GoCampaign was more fitting for them. They found that GoCampaign was easier to use and could record more information, which was key for them as they wanted to tailor their messaging as much as possible.
GoCampaign’s ability to integrate with SugarCRM was also a key factor for Sanrai International. This allowed them to make even further time and cost savings. Sanrai International reported that the buying and implementation process was smooth with no issues or obstacles.
